When you book your ticket, you will have the option to pre-order buffet meals at the hotel for 270 NOK per meal (appx 23 €). Many options available for those who are vegetarians and vegan.

Additionally, you can also choose to pre-order a Winter White (WW) t-shirt to commemorate the event 250 NOK ( appx 22€). Furthermore, don't forget to check out the intensives, which are also open for registration.

BOOKING AND REGISTRATION

• Registrations are only valid after payment is complete. Registrations on dance convention will remain binding 10 days.  If you wish to cancel your pass you must contact us directly to cancel the registration.

• For a balanced lead-follow ratio, we strongly recommend couple registrations. However, single registrations are also accepted but will be placed on a waiting list. Singles will be paired with an opposite dance role in the order of registration received.

• Note: A processing fee of 2.9% ( stripe) + 20 nok (danceconvention) will be added to the payment!

Paid tickets are non-refundable.

Transfers
Paid Tickets are transferable. 
If you are a leader, you can only find a leader to substitute. If you are a follower, you can find either a leader or a follower to substitute.
Please note that there will be an administration fee of 250 nok.

Intensives provide an excellent opportunity to dedicate more time to learning from your favorite professionals. At Winter White, we prioritize our students' learning journey, which is why we not only offer a wide range of workshops every year but also a series of intensives. Winter White is renowned for fostering tremendous growth and development as a dancer, all while enjoying social dancing like never before. It's the perfect way to conclude the year, dancing away the winter blues and creating unforgettable memories.

JACK & JILL
There are four divisions available for Jack & Jill. Newcomer, Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced / All-Star.

STRICTLY SWING
There are two divisions in Strictly Swing. Novice, Intermediate and Advanced / All-Star.

AVALANCHE ALL EUROPEAN JACK & JILL 
This WCS competition is an old-fashioned Jack & Jill where all levels of competitors compete together with the luck of the draw. The first partner drawn shall be the partner for both the preliminary and final rounds. Participants will be judged as partners. Prizes will be awarded, but no World Swing Dance Council (WSDC) points are earned in this category.
