BOOKING AND REGISTRATION

Registrations are only valid after payment is complete. Registrations on danceApp will remain binding 10 days. If you wish to cancel your pass you must contact us directly to cancel the registration.

For a balanced lead-follow ratio, we strongly recommend couple registrations. However, single registrations are also accepted but will be placed on a waiting list. Singles will be paired with an opposite dance role in the order of registration received.

Please note: registering as a couple does not mean you need to attend or stay together during the event—it simply helps us maintain a balanced and enjoyable dance floor for everyone. You’re also free to register in different levels based on your individual experience.

Note: A processing fee of 2.9% ( stripe) will be added to the payment!

Competitions

JACK & JILL
There are 4 divisions available for Jack and Jill.
Newcomer, Novice, Intermediate, Advanced and All-Star.

STRICTLY SWING
There are 3 divisions in Strictly Swing.
Novice, Intermediate & Advanced / All-Star.

AVALANCHE ALL EUROPEAN JACK & JILL
This is a fun themed West Coast Swing Jack & Jill competition where all levels compete together through a random draw. The first partner you are matched with will be your partner for both the preliminary and final rounds. Prizes will be awarded, but this division does not earn World Swing Dance Council (WSDC) points.

For the theme, we dress in a snowy Winter White style, so feel free to wear hats, gloves, scarves, and anything that gives a cozy winter vibe.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund: Paid tickets are non-refundable.

Transfers: Paid tickets are transferable.
If you have a leader pass, you can only find a leader to substitute.
If you have a follower pass, you can either find a leader or a follower to substitute.

(Please note that there will be an administration fee of 250 NOK!)
