BOOKING & REGISTRATION

Registrations are only valid after payment is complete. Registrations on danceApp will remain binding 10 days. If you wish to cancel your pass you must contact us directly to cancel the registration.

For a balanced lead-follow ratio, we strongly recommend couple registrations. However, single registrations are also accepted but will be placed on a waiting list. Singles will be paired with an opposite dance role in the order of registration received.

Please note: registering as a couple does not mean you need to attend or stay together during the event—it simply helps us maintain a balanced and enjoyable dance floor for everyone. You’re also free to register in different levels based on your individual experience.

Note: A processing fee of 2.9% ( stripe) will be added to the payment!

JACK & JILL
There are 5 divisions available for Jack & Jill.
Newcomer, Novice, Intermediate, Advanced & All-Star.


STRICTLY SWING
There are 3 divisions in Strictly Swing.
Novice, Intermediate & Open


AVALANCHE ALL EUROPEAN JACK & JILL
This is a fun themed West Coast Swing Jack & Jill competition where all levels compete together through a random draw. The first partner you are matched with will be your partner for both the preliminary and final rounds. Prizes will be awarded, but this division does not earn World Swing Dance Council (WSDC) points.

For the theme, we dress in a snowy Winter White style, so feel free to wear hats, gloves, scarves, and anything that gives a cozy winter vibe.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY

Refunds
All paid tickets and bookings are non-refundable.

Transfers
Your entire booking can be transferred to one other person for a 250 NOK administration fee.

  • Leader pass: Can only be transferred to another leader.

  • Follower pass: Can be transferred to either a follower or a leader.

  • Any intensives or extras are included in your booking will transfer together with the event pass.

  • Bookings cannot be split between multiple people.

Please contact us with the name and contact details of the person taking over your booking. The transfer is only valid once confirmed by the Winter White team.
